Presentation types

Abstract talk & Invited speaker

Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation in 16:9 format. Please use standard formats (avi, wmv, mpg) for video or audio files. When using video sequences, please ensure that the CODEC required for playback is supplied.

Please hand in your presentation within the break before the start of the lecture in the lecture hall. Please use storage media with a USB port to hand in your presentation. If you use a USB stick as a storage medium, please do not protect it with software. In the lecture hall you will find a lectern with a laptop and a presenter for switching and highlighting.

Please refer to the programme for your presentation times.

Abstract talk: 10 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion

Invited speakers: 18 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion

Poster presentation

Please create your poster in A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm, portrait format, unlaminated) and bring it printed out with you to the event. Please mark your poster with the corresponding poster number, which you will find in your programme link shortly before the conference.

We kindly ask you to be present at your poster during the poster session on Wednesday.
Please note that printing and taking your poster with you on site is mandatory.

Location: MUMUTH in Graz
Lichtenfelsgasse 14, 8010 Graz (approx. 10min walking distance from the university library)

In addition, we offer you to submit your poster as a digital file (max. 1 page) in portrait format 9:16 (resolution min. 2160x3840, 72 dpi) as a PDF for self-study by the participants.
